As a therapist, I offer a warm space for collaboration. Let's explore what matters to you, and the experiences that have shaped your current world. I believe that our views of ourselves/others can be negatively shaped by our environments, such as an unhealthy family member or pattern of failure/loss. I'd like to help you let go of negative beliefs and emotions you've held on to over the years, and make room for others that help you more effectively make movement toward your goals. I am dual-licensed in NY and IN and can serve individuals in either state virtually! A big part of my practice serves individuals going through life-changing events, with an emphasis on self-compassion and hope. I uniquely specialize in concussion/TBI recovery, helping clients with new or old head injuries navigate the significant or subtle changes that occur post-injury.
