Dr. Debbie's approach to therapy is humanistic, holistic, and relational. Other modalities that she integrates into her practice include: Satir Transformational Systemic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Soul Care, Social-Emotional Wellness, Trauma-Focused Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Play Therapy techniques. As a Spiritual Director, Dr. Debbie's practice uses a body, mind, and spiritual lens. Dr. Debbie's group practice is called "Protective Factors Group", and they also offer services in cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, somatic connection, and couples counseling. Spiritual disciplines like meditation and prayer are welcomed.
