As a research-informed practitioner, I support adolescents with chronic and terminal illnesses, anxiety disorders, and other significant life transitions. I provide psychodynamic and trauma-informed care, incorporating approaches such as EMDR, DBT, creative arts therapy, and somatic techniques to support healing and growth. In addition to providing individual therapy, I lead DBT skills groups for teens, teaching mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. These groups offer a supportive space for teens to develop healthier coping skills and strengthen emotional resilience.
