I believe that life is a journey in which we continuously grow and learn as we navigate our way through it. When we are struggling with our journey, therapy is one of the ways that we can find guidance and help to get us focused and back in balance on our path to where we are going in life. As we learn to identify our needs and problem solve we can better handle obstacles that life throws our way. I use a variety of methods to assist clients to learn and develop their own skills and become more successful in their life goals.
