Hi and welcome. I am currently only accepting private pay clients at this time. If you feel like we might be a good fit, please give me a call. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation. I meet people exactly where they are and do not believe in a one size fits all approach. Working with individuals and/or couples on this sometimes confusing yet beautiful journey we call life is a privilege. I am committed to helping recognize patterns and behaviors that may no longer be helpful. I take a very holistic approach to mental health and wellness. I look at the whole person by addressing emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual needs. I work with clients in all stages of life beginning at age 18.
