My goal is to establish a connection with my clients to create a life-coping tool box that will strengthen them when feeling depressed, anxious, lonely, abandoned, taken for granted, rejected, and other common problems we may experience as humans in order to help them with creating a New Life! Cognitive means thoughts and Behavioral means actions that impact results that we experience in life.
