About
Let’s be honest. Life gets heavy, especially when you are the strong one and everyone expects you to keep it together. My ideal clients are adults and college students in high stress seasons who are carrying things like anxiety, burnout, adult ADHD, the mental load of motherhood, identity shifts outside your roles or family/relationship/friendship wounds that still show up in daily life. I provide culturally responsive therapy with an emphasis on serving BIPOC communities. All are welcome. Adults and college students are primary. Teens 13 to 17 are accepted on a limited, case by case basis after screening for fit and readiness. I bring a warm, open, and affirming presence to therapy, rooted in trust, care, and connection. My integrative style blends person-centered care with mindfulness, CBT, DBT, ACT and strength-based strategies to help you unpack what’s heavy, shift what’s no longer serving you, and create meaningful, lasting change. Every session is tailored to you.
