I am a licensed psychologist with 20+ years of experience in mental health. I have a passion for working with clients who experience depression, anxiety, PTSD and OCD. I hope to provide relief from distress, practical tools for managing symptoms, and support in building more meaningful, balanced lives. I currently hold a position at the UCSD Medical Center treating adolescents and young adults facing mental health concerns like Schizophrenia. I approach all clients with compassion and provide structured, evidence-based strategies to create lasting change. My goal is to enhance quality of life for all clients I work with.
