It can be very difficult to take the first step to seek counseling. My intent the moment you walk through the door is for you to feel safe, cared for, listened to, and above all, understood. I am not here to judge or condemn. We all have our stuff. Life gets messy. Life can be complicated. We all need help. I am a people person, which means you have value, simply because you are. I am empathetic, I listen, I am real, and I can help. My strengths are to first earn your trust, so you can feel heard and understood, and then to build self-esteem and confidence back into your life, utilizing real life skills that can help you with what you need. I believe we are put here on this earth to take care of each other.
