I meet people where they are in their life journey. Work and play need to be in balance to make life rewarding. My favorite people to work with are looking to make life more rewarding. I have a practical approach to getting past life's hurdles to what makes one happy. Life transitions can be difficult to navigate, so having guidance for the journey makes it easier. Finding motivators for my clients is my biggest goal, and results in people who are more fulfilled with all aspects of their lives. I use evidence-based treatment (EMDR, CBT, RNR) to move through a precise treatment plan so every client knows where they are going.
