I specialize in helping high-achieving adults clients who are feeling stressed or overwhelmed, especially those who are also managing ADHD or anxiety. I can help you build strategies for reducing stress and addressing burn-out, "imposter syndrome," anxiety, depression, people-pleasing, lack of confidence, and perfectionism. NOTE: Please note I am not accepting clients for ADHD testing or evaluation at this time. In addition to 13 years of private practice with a focus on both psychological assessment and individual psychotherapy, I have worked in college counseling and am a former Assistant Clinical Faculty member at The George Washington University. I spent several years living in Berlin, Germany and enjoy helping clients with international backgrounds.
