My specialty is providing effective therapy for adult individuals and couples suffering from trauma, anger, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, life stress, and couples/marital problems. I help my patients learn and heal from their past experiences and then focus their attention on the present by replacing unhealthy habits with healthy/productive behaviors.
