Choosing a therapist is a bit like shopping: you want a fit. With over 40 years of experience, I can offer you that comfort level to help resolve your issues. I have authored 9 books, am a licensed art therapist, yoga therapist, yoga teacher, EMDR trained clinician, and Ericksonian trained hypnotherapist. As an expressive art/ yoga therapist, I offer both somatic-oriented work and expressive outlets. While we will certainly talk about your issues, we clearly have other means of communication available for articulating and directing your wellness.
