I specialize in working with adults who are coming out later in life, especially those navigating a new understanding of their identity while facing the complexities of mixed-orientation relationships. Whether you are questioning, identifying your new identity, or redefining your relationship to yourself and others, you do not have to do it alone. My clinical work is informed by specialized training and research, including a dissertation focused on bisexuality, which allows me to approach this work with both depth and care. Therapy with me is collaborative, affirming, and gently paced. I offer a nonjudgmental space to explore questions around sexuality, identity, intimacy, and self-trust without pressure to have everything figured out.
