I focus on offering healing that involves both deep excavation & confrontation of one’s psyche & somatic processing of traumatic wounds. Ultimately, I l help people remember a more authentic, complex self & reclaim their inherent interconnectedness with nature. I specialize in working with PTSD, anxiety, depression, spirituality, grief, & psychedelic integration. I have worked extensively with issues of childhood & adult traumas. I prefer to work with people who are open, willing, & ready to do deep weekly work & want somatic therapy. I also enjoy exploring spiritual issues & having a life of meaning. I work with ages 25+.
