The way I practice is really grounded in care - real, human care. I’m a clinical psychologist, but more than that, I’m someone who shows up fully. I take this work seriously, and personally. I work with people who are doing well in many ways, or who’ve already done a lot of work and gained insight, but still feel stuck - or burned out - or like something’s off and they can’t quite put their finger on it. Sometimes it’s been building for years, and sometimes something recent just knocks the wind out of you - loss, affairs, medical stress, relationship conflicts, or life suddenly not making sense the way it used to. I try to hold the whole picture, so we’re not just reacting to symptoms or chasing quick fixes, but really working with what matters.
