I believe therapy is a unique space for us to walk through your mind together in a collaborative way—exploring, understanding, and making sense of the patterns that shape your life. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and collaborative environment where you can foster deeper self-awareness. A desire for therapy can come from a place of conflict within the mind and heart that we could unpack to guide your future decisions. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and backgrounds, and I am especially passionate about supporting those navigating grief, trauma, relationship challenges, anxiety, and depression.
