Hello! Thank you for being brave looking for help to reduce your distress and better your health. The thought of therapy can be daunting. Finding someone to feel comfortable with and share your struggles can be very overwhelming. That is okay! We will get to know each other and work collaboratively to gain confidence and stimulate healing at a pace that feels right for you.
