I believe people do the best they can given what they know and the resources they have. My job as a mental health provider is to assist individuals in strengthening their mental health so that they can improve their functioning at whatever level they choose. I am board certified in psychology and as a psychiatric nurse practitioner. In addition, I am bilingual so I provide psychotherapy and medication management services in English and Spanish.
