Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, or ASD, we’ll work together to identify your strengths and create positive coping skills. Therapy is adapted to your goals using CBT, DBT, exposure therapy, and solution-focused methods. For clarity about a diagnosis, learning disabilities or memory issues, I provide neuropsychological testing for all ages. Testing is efficient and tailored to your questions and convenience (on-line, in-person, in-home). Common assessments include those for dyslexia, inattention, autism, memory difficulties, processing speed, learning disabilities, TBI, and dementia. No waitlist.
