I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) providing telehealth in California and New Hampshire. I work with adults and couples and specialize in anxiety, stress, trauma, and relational issues, using Client Centered Therapy, Art Therapy, and Brainspotting to help them realize their healing potential and start feeling better. I typically work with clients who are dealing with life transitions and present and past trauma. Many of my clients identify as Black or Latino and are used to downplaying or avoiding the tough experiences that come with living in this world as a person of color.
