About
Since childhood, I’ve been fascinated by what makes people tick, how our minds work and how our experiences shape who we are. That curiosity grew into a passion for helping others understand themselves and create meaningful change. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma symptoms, stress, relationship challenges, or life transitions, and I also specialize in supporting those with eating disorders or self-harm. My approach blends insight with practical strategies, helping clients build skills to manage symptoms while fostering self-awareness, resilience, and personal growth. View 5 Photos I take a holistic, trauma-informed approach, considering biological, psychological, and social factors, and draw from psychodynamic therapy, relational-cultural theory (RCT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).
