Growing up as a child or teen can be hard. And with new surprises and challenges emerging all the time, parents often feel unsure of how to care for those they hold dearest. As a psychologist with over 15 years of experience, I have worked with countless clients to help them process stressful events in their lives, cope with difficult feelings, have more security in their closest relationships, and replace behaviors that keep them stuck in unhelpful patterns. The areas of opportunity that I commonly work with are trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, attachment relationships, and family life transitions such as divorce or adoption.
