Welcome! I am a clinical psychologist who works with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing emotional and behavioral difficulties. My style is collaborative and pragmatic; blending warmth and compassion with competence and expertise. While I specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy for children and adolescents (including parent/caregiver coaching and family therapy) and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), I believe in tailoring therapy to meet each individual’s needs and values. I am also a Level 1 Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist, and work 1:1 with adults wanting to improve their own well-being.
