I provide therapy services for adults. Some of the presenting themes I work with include feeling "stuck", anxiety and rumination, difficulty with achieving goals, overwhelm, disconnection from self or others, lack of motivation, loss of independence, and loss of joy. I work by providing support and psycho-education related to these experiences to reconnect you to hope and wellness. My goal is to provide you a safe place to process, a place to feel connected, and provide an opportunity for you to feel heard, seen, and understood.
