Thank you for visiting my page! I am passionate about my work with teens, emerging adults and adults. I am a Fordham University Graduate and earned my Doctorate of Social Work degree at Rutger's University. I am a trauma informed therapist and utilize EMDR, Somatic Experiencing and Polyvagal Theory to help my clients identify those things in life that often leave them feeling stuck and help equip them with the internal and external skills to better adapt to these challenges.
