Therapy offers the chance to become more present with ourselves. Together we contemplate the human journey and "our stuff". We can also get familiar with our innate mindfulness and compassion. On my journey I've realized that well-being can be learned; through studying our pattern/parts we can get more skillful, a wider window of tolerance. I help individuals and couples see, understand and work with their neurobiological intergenerational attachment wiring. How did we adapt? Who we becoming? With a warm, relational style, I help my clients get unblocked, find meaning and hope, and the freedom to become who they were meant to be.
