At this time, I am only able to accept patients looking for an evaluation for ADHD or a learning disability. I do not have any availability for ongoing psychotherapy. Research has consistently shown that the best predictor of positive outcomes in psychotherapy is the relationship between client and therapist. My philosophy is that psychotherapy should be a collaborative process between client and therapist that is guided by the client's self-defined goals. My style is direct, yet compassionate, and my ultimate goal is to help clients build self-awareness and self-understanding. I have extensive experience working with adults facing a variety of challenges, including depression, anxiety, life transitions, chronic medical conditions, ADHD, and learning disabilities. In addition to providing psychotherapy, I offer psychological and psychoeducational evaluations for ADHD and learning disabilities.
