I have over 10 years of therapy experience helping clients with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, conflicts around cultural identity, life transitions, and academic and career struggles. I work pragmatically and collaboratively with clients while providing a warm, welcoming, culturally-sensitive, and interactive psychotherapy space. In a collaborative manner, we explore patterns of thinking, feeling, relating, and behavior that contribute to unfulfilling relationships and struggles at home, school, or work. We work together toward making emotional and behavioral shifts that lead to increased purpose and fulfillment.
