I work with people who are ready to take control of their mental health, experience relief, and build resilience. My treatment philosophy is "together, forward" and I work with you to neutralize emotional pain, transform negative thoughts into an empowering growth mindset, and replace problematic reactions with healthy habits. I believe treatment should be goal-oriented, time-limited, and cost-effective and you can expect to develop specific goals, regularly track progress, and train outside of session to ensure therapy is working.
