About
Life can feel overwhelming, even for those who excel in certain areas. Many adults spend years navigating daily demands without understanding why it feels so difficult, wondering if Autism or ADHD might be part of their story. I specialize in the diagnostic process and ongoing support of Autistic adults who have long navigated life without adequate recognition or resources. My work is informed by professional expertise and lived experience, with a focus on the broader neurodivergent community. View 6 Photos Grounded in evidence-based practices, my interventions help clients identify their distinctive traits and develop strategies to navigate environments in ways that maximize fulfillment. Additionally, utilizing a critical lens, I foster strengths-based narratives and address trauma stemming from being undiagnosed or insufficiently supported.
