I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or questions related to racial and multicultural identity. I also support those experiencing imposter syndrome, IVF and infertility, and the unique pressures of healthcare or mental health work. Together, we create a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore experiences, notice patterns in thoughts and behaviors, and take steps toward greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and a more meaningful, authentic life.
