I offer compassionate, client-centered care in a safe, welcoming space where respect and diversity are always honored. Sessions are available in person in Louisville, Kentucky, and through telehealth across the state. My work focuses on trauma, substance use, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, depression, and bipolar disorder. I draw on empathy, evidence-based practices, practical tools, and supportive feedback to encourage lasting change. Together, we’ll build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful steps toward healing, growth, and a brighter future. Using a blend of evidence-based strategies, practical resources, and collaborative conversation, we work to restore balance and promote lasting well-being. I provide a nonjudgmental environment where healing can unfold and resilience can flourish.
