Our mental and physical health are undeniably intertwined, and it is impossible to focus on one without acknowledging and understanding the other. My specialty is working with individuals on appreciating the relationship between their mind, body, and environment, identifying what may be contributing to their struggles, and locating potential areas to intervene. I am passionate about working with those who have experienced life changing injuries, disabilities, or medical conditions that impact daily life in any way. You may feel overwhelmed and even hopeless, but if you are open to giving therapy a chance, I am here to support you.
