Welcome! I’m Dr. Jennifer R. Young, a licensed marriage and family therapist, professional counselor, and national certified counselor. I am licensed in both Illinois and Indiana. I specialize in couples therapy using emotionally focused therapy (EFT), believing that connection and understanding are key to healing. As a Christian, I integrate faith-based principles with my clinical expertise, offering compassionate support. While I focus on couples, I also help individuals and families dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, rejection, grief, and more. I’d love to connect and support you in your journey toward healing.
