As a licensed psychologist I have two initial goals: 1) To provide a safe, supportive environment. 2) To build a good, trusting relationship with my clients. Building a safe, trusting relationship allows me to collaborate with clients to help them feel better and make positive changes. I specialize in treating people who have a history of sexual and/or physical abuse, neglect, and sexual assault. In addition, I help people struggling with depression, low self esteem, anxiety, anger, relationship and family problems. I also have a special focus on treating people with chronic pain using a mind-body/neuroplastic pain approach.
