Thank you for taking the time to stop by my page. I am truly honored that you have taken time out of your day to learn more about me/the services I provide. I have a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Ph.D in Counselor Education and Supervision and use the following integrative theoretical approaches: Adlerian Theory, Cognitive Behavioral, and Existentialism. Adler focuses on the whole person. CBT focuses on re-framing the mind to re-frame behaviors. Existentialism focuses on finding fulfillment and meaning. I provide a variety of services to include working with Women, Men, and Couples. Pre/Marital counseling helps couples learn effective Communication, Emotional Intelligence and Exploring Love Languages. I provide services to LGBTQ community and Military:Active Duty or Veterans. Whether it is talking about coming out, transitioning, or deployment experiences.
