For over 40 years, I have been providing individual, couples, and family therapy. I blend together deep and practical approaches to help you heal old wounds while improving your life in the present. In relationship work, I listen for underlying themes, so that each person feels well understood and supported to speak their earnest truth and hear that of the other person. I help parents take a developmental view of their child, adjusting discipline and support in the present while aiming for healthy functioning in adulthood.
