I'm here to help intimate partners of any form that are feeling stuck in repetitive conflicts, frustrated by unmet needs, or just not as satisfied as they want to be. If it feels like there are problems that just can't be solved or you want to connect with your partner on a deeper level, couple therapy may be exactly what you need! I also work with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, substance use, and trauma. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients reduce suffering and lead more meaningful, value-driven lives.
