Are you experiencing stress or anxiety which is keeping you from living the life you want? Is your child experiencing challenges at school that seem to be holding him/her back? I offer both psychological/psycho-educational evaluations and psychotherapy for anxiety, OCD and ADHD-related concerns across the lifespan. The core of my clinical work involves providing Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for clients dealing with OCD and health anxiety. In general, I take pride in offering research-based interventions, while creating a safe space where you can feel comfortable and supported. My approach draws from CBT, family-systems, and schema therapy techniques.
