Limited availability for new clients in Barnstable location: I find every person is unique, with individual gifts, tolerances and goals. In my experience, people come to therapy searching for help with some inhibition, perfectionism, self-esteem or emotion creating blocks in relationships, work and enjoying life. I have found the power of conversation and careful listening opens up new perspectives and flexibility of thought, action and breadth of emotions, creating a more fulfilling life. I offer a private, comfortable and relaxing space in which to talk openly and without judgment. Clients are free to advance at their own pace, with an emphasis on talking and insight.
