Many people come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns they intellectually understand but can’t seem to shift. They may feel overwhelmed, emotionally shut down, self-critical, or caught in cycles of shame and self-doubt. My work helps clients move out of survival mode and into a more grounded, empowered way of living. I take a down-to-earth, collaborative approach to therapy that blends warmth with practical, research-informed tools. I’m actively engaged in the process. We’ll slow things down when needed, but we’ll also work intentionally. Therapy with me is not about “fixing” you; it’s about healing your nervous system.
