Be yourself - everyone else is taken! My practice focuses on people struggling with depression, anxiety, relationships, self-esteem, trauma, and anxiety. These often manifest as difficulties in romantic, social, and work success. I help my clients feel better about themselves, less alone, and more capable of loving and being loved.
