The issues of the clients I serve mostly anxiety, depression and grief and loss, as clients can feel overwhelming, experiencing family or relationship strain, miscommunication, conflict, or disconnection. Carrying the weight of past trauma or bullying that still impacts their self-worth. A safe, nonjudgmental space where they feel heard and understood.Your ideal client wants to cross from pain to possibility. They want healing that goes beyond symptom relief, they long for: Hope, to believe again that tomorrow can be better. Healing: To mend what’s broken inside.
