My passion is to help clients create deeper bonds & improve communication in relationships. Couples who begin therapy with me usually report that they are having the same fight over and over again… or they are feeling distant, unfulfilled, or healing from a breach of trust in the relationship. I primarily use Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples work. Individual clients who come to see me often want to break free of unhelpful patterns in life, such as: repeating unhealthy dynamics in relationships, being stuck in habits that are a barrier to achieving goals, or feeling overwhelmed by loneliness, anxiety, ADHD, or depression.
