My ideal clients are autistic and neurodivergent adolescents and adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, rumination, relationship stress, or dating challenges. Many feel mentally exhausted from trying to make sense of their thoughts, emotions, boundaries, and social expectations. They may want clarity, relief from constant overthinking, and support navigating relationships, sexuality, and identity in ways that feel authentic. They are seeking therapy that is respectful, structured, and practical, without pressure to mask or change who they are.
