I am very privileged to be able to do this work and feel deeply grateful. My practice is predominantly made up of adult women dealing with life transitions, loss, relationship issues, self-esteem, anxiety and depression, body image, pregnancy/postpartum, marriage & motherhood issues. Additionally, we will examine patterns of what feels familiar and how this may relate back to your childhood. We will work at healing old narratives, beliefs and ways of coping that are no longer serving you as an adult.
