I’m passionate about helping people navigate through life’s most challenging moments. I work closely with individuals navigating the emotional impact of medical trauma, injuries, and chronic health conditions—whether that’s recovering after a stroke, adapting to life after a traumatic brain or spinal cord injury, overcoming the “fear of falling,” or facing other complex medical challenges. I also support those going through major life changes, from managing anxiety, depression, or adjusting to new chapters in life. My practice is a welcoming and affirming space for everyone, with specialized experience with LGBTQ+ individuals.
