At the Center for Effective Treatment, I work with couples, individuals, and relational systems that find themselves stuck in recurring emotionally challenging interactions. Creating a safe environment where partners can grow trust and intimacy is the first step in my process. When working with romantic relationships, I aim to help each individual in better understanding themselves through deep exploration of underlying emotions and how those impact the relationship. Using an attachment lens, we will work together to heal trauma, and to identify and change maladaptive interaction patterns through increased emotional connections.
