Welcome — I’m Dr. Kathryn Rhoades. Finding the right therapist is an important step — I’m here to help you figure out what kind of support will serve you best. I help clients navigate interpersonal conflicts, life transitions, and emotional challenges. I am committed to offering a nonjudgmental space where you can explore your true self and face life’s unique challenges. I have worked extensively with adolescents, university students, and adults navigating significant transitions and complex relationships. All identities and lived experiences — including LGBTQ+ and marginalized identities — are honored and supported in my practice.
